1Animals and Wildlife

• 1.1Animal parts that are deemed as illegal wildlife trade e.g. pangolin and marine turtle body parts including scales, tiger bone and bear bile
• 1.2Animal snares, traps or catching devices that would cause harm to an animal by any means during catching
• 1.3Dog prong or pinch collars, or any collar that has inward-facing spikes and that would cause harm to the animal
• 1.4Electrostatic shock collars used in both training and containment systems for dogs or other animals
• 1.5Glue traps used in the capture of rodents and other vertebrates
• 1.6Human remains, body parts or any products made from the human body, except for items containing human hair e.g. wigs
• 1.7Ivory, ivory trinkets and products containing ivory including teeth sourced from any animal e.g. elephant tusks and elk ivory
• 1.8Live animals, pets and reptiles. The following is allowed: Live bait e.g. crickets, earthworms, lugworms, maggots, mealworms & rag worms
• 1.9Mounted animal heads obtained from trophy hunting
• 1.10Products or media that contain or promote animal abuse
• 1.11Taxidermy from a non-approved seller who does not hold a valid licence to sell or export online
• 1.12Wildlife items e.g. wild bird eggs

2Artefacts and Antiquities

• 2.1Antiquities, archaeological objects and artefacts
• 2.2Native American arts, crafts and jewellery not produced by a certified Indian artisan e.g. Indian Jewellery, Navajo Jewellery

3Car & Motorbike Parts

• 3.1Car parts that lack the necessary local certifications e.g. ECE or CAPA certifications
• 3.2Motor vehicles except for electrically assisted pedal cycles (EAPCs), mobility scooters or powered wheelchairs, kids dirt and quad bikes max 50cc, electric ride-on toy bikes, cars and scooters
• 3.3Seat belt buckle alarm stoppers
• 3.4Used catalytic converters sold by a non-registered car dealer or breaker
• 3.5Vehicle airbags that are second hand or from a breakup vehicle due to being classified as a UN Hazard Class 1
• 3.6Vehicle seatbelts, seatbelt components and seatbelt pretensioners

4Clothing, Accessories and Cosmetics

• 4.1Clothing with images of explicit profanity or obscene and sexually graphic images e.g. T-shirts, hats
• 4.2Clothing with images or logos that infringes on intellectual property rights
• 4.3Real fur products obtained from animals farmed for their fur e.g. mink, foxes, raccoon dogs, rabbits and chinchillas
• 4.4Used cosmetics, makeup applicators and sponges
• 4.5Used socks and underwear e.g. boxer shorts, briefs and pants

5Digital Media

• 5.1Academic or educational versions of software where the licence can only be obtained from an educational institute
• 5.2Bootleg recording from a live show or concert
• 5.3Copied or duplicated software including "soft-lifted" software
• 5.4OEM, bundled or Operating System repair, restore or recovery software sold as standalone and not included with the original hardware
• 5.5Open, unsealed software that is subject to licensing agreements and that may have been duplicated or the licence already used
• 5.6Software keys, licence keys or unlocking codes including MSDN keys for all software that is delivered by email or delivery
• 5.7Software licences for computer software e.g. 1-year licence for Adobe or Microsoft products
• 5.8Software on a USB flash drive that includes a licence key or unlocking code including MSDN keys for all software
• 5.9Unauthorised digital copies of movies, music, prints, software, videos and video games where the seller provides a download link
• 5.10Unauthorised digital downloads of PDF books, E-books and literature where the seller provides a download link

6Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia and Dietary Supplements

• 6.1Full-spectrum cannabinoid extracts e.g. hemp plant extracts including the stalks, leaves and flowers
• 6.2Human medication listed by an unlicensed seller or un-registered pharmacy
• 6.3Narcotics, steroids, other controlled substances, and all unlicensed medicines
• 6.4Pharmacy prescription-only medication that can only be sold by a licensed and registered pharmacist
• 6.5Products containing Cannabidiol (CBD) or other cannabinoids, and which also include a quantity of THC or THC-V
• 6.6Products that claim a medicinal benefit that is unsubstantiated
• 6.7Products that claim to provide a legal high
• 6.8Smoking apparatus and other drug paraphernalia
• 6.9Veterinary medication not authorised for sale or requiring a prescription by the VMD

7Food and Beverages

• 7.1Any food listed by a seller who does not have a registered business and does not hold a valid licence to sell and distribute food products online
• 7.2Any alcoholic beverage listed by a seller who does not have a registered business and does not hold a valid licence to sell and distribute alcohol online
• 7.3Food containing endangered or threatened species
• 7.4Food containing shark or whale meat
• 7.5Food products containing Cannabidiol (CBD) or other cannabinoids e.g. CBD gummy bears
• 7.6Food products split from a multipack and labelled with "not for individual sale", "not intended for resale" or similar
• 7.7Food products with an expired "use by" or "expiration" date, or if it would not reach the buyer before expiration
• 7.8Food products not listing the ingredients and the country of origin on the label and in the product description
• 7.9Food products not listing the mandatory nutritional declaration which must be presented clearly in a specific format and gives values for energy and six nutrients
• 7.10Food products not listing the name and address of the manufacturer, packer or seller, on the label and in the product description
• 7.11Food products not listing the net quantity for items above 5g or 5ml (except herbs and spices), on the label and in the product description
• 7.12Food products not listing the process e.g. smoked bacon, salted peanuts or dried fruit, on the label and in the product description
• 7.13Food products not listing the Quantitative declaration of ingredients (QUID) which tells a customer the percentage of particular ingredients contained in a food product e.g. pork (80%), on the label and in the product description
• 7.14Food products that are not properly labelled following local food regulations, or labelled in a way that confuses consumers e.g. different language
• 7.15Food products that contain any of the known 14 allergens, but a warning is not listed on the label and in the product description
• 7.16Food products that contain Genetically Modified Organisms, but a warning is not listed on the label and in the product description
• 7.17Food products that contain any form of an illegal or prohibited drug
• 7.18Sweets designed to resemble illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia or tobacco products

8Guns and Ammunition

• 8.1Ammunition, kits and associated parts of firearms e.g. silencers, magazines
• 8.2Firearms, including pistols, rifles and shotguns
• 8.3Military weaponry including grenades and explosives
• 8.4Stun guns and tasers
• 8.5Tear gas, pepper spray and mace

9Hazardous and Dangerous Items

• 9.1Acids such as sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid
• 9.2Biocides and pesticides that are harmful chemical products
• 9.3Combustible materials e.g. black powder, explosive fuses, explosive targets, flares, flash paper, red phosphorous, gasoline, thermite, caps for toy guns

• 9.5Fire extinguishers that contain carbon tetrachloride or pyrene

10Intellectual Property

• 10.1Counterfeit products including fakes, copies or replicas of brand name items that may be deemed to deceive the purchaser
• 10.2Listing of OEM, bundled, backup or recovery software
• 10.3Listing of open, unsealed software that is subject to a licensing agreement as it may have been duplicated or the licence already been used
• 10.4Listing of unauthorised copies of books, movies, music, prints, software, videos and video games

• 10.6Listing a product which includes a description that encourages downloading unauthorised media

• 10.9Unauthorised listing of a product in a specific country or region without the rights owner's consent (parallel or grey import)
• 10.10Unauthorised listing of a product that was made using a copied invention and which holds a registered patent
• 10.11Unauthorised listing of a product which has a similar look, shape or configuration to another product which holds a design patent
• 10.12Unauthorised listing that includes a trademarked brand misplaced in the title of a third party product
• 10.13Unauthorised listing that includes a trademarked brand, colour, logo, name, phrase, sound, symbol or word
• 10.14Unauthorised listing that includes a trademarked logo used as part of a product image or description
• 10.15Utilising a scraping tool to obtain product data and images from other marketplaces for the intent of creating bulk listings

11Knives & Offensive Weapons

• 11.1Batons - straight, side-handled or friction-lock truncheons
• 11.2Blowpipes ('blow gun') - a hollow tube out of which hard pellets or darts are shot by the use of breath
• 11.3Butterfly knives or Balisongs - a blade hidden inside a handle that splits in the middle
• 11.4Disguised knives - a blade or sharp point hidden inside, disguised as an everyday object e.g. buckle, phone, brush or lipstick
• 11.5Flick knives, Switchblades or Automatic knives - a blade hidden inside a handle which shoots out when a button is pressed
• 11.6Gravity knives - a blade contained in its handle and that opens its blade by the force of gravity
• 11.7Handclaws or Footclaws - a band of metal or other hard material from which several sharp spikes protrude, and worn around the hand
• 11.8Hollow kubotans - a cylinder-shaped keychain holding spikes
• 11.9Knuckledusters or Brass knuckles - a band of metal or other hard material worn on one or more fingers
• 11.10Kusari (or 'manrikigusari') - a weight attached to a rope, cord, wire
• 11.11Kusari-gama - a sickle attached to a rope, cord or wire

• 12.1Contact lenses of any type, including zero-powered, plano-cosmetic and powered contact lenses, sold by a non-registered optometrist, dispensing optician or medical practitioner
• 12.2Hearing aids listed by a non-approved seller and who is not a licensed dispenser
• 12.3Medical devices that exclude the required CE or UKCA marking
• 12.4Medical devices that require a prescription
• 12.5Medical devices that require but have not been registered with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)

13Offensive and Controversial Materials

• 13.1Products marketed or targeted at kids or teenagers that are age-inappropriate
• 13.2Products that are anti-Semitic or bear a swastika
• 13.3Products that are Holocaust-related or nazi-related items including reproductions
• 13.4Products that are related to human tragedies and natural disasters
• 13.5Products that are related to terrorist organisations
• 13.6Products that contain racially derogatory language
• 13.7Products that contain violent or offensive material, with or without historical significance
• 13.8Products that depict child abuse or exploitation
• 13.9Products that glorify or promote suicide
• 13.10Products that glorify, promote or incite hate or violence towards any group or person

14Plants and seeds

• 14.1Endangered plants and seeds which are protected under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species

• 14.4Plants or parts of a plant from which hallucinogenic substances are sourced e.g. dimethyltryptamine (DMT), d-lysergic acid amide (LSA) and opiates
• 14.5Plants or seeds prohibited by government regulations
• 14.6Toxic or poisonous plants and seeds e.g. Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum), Oleander (Nerium oleander), Rosary Pea (Abrus precatorius), Castor Bean (Ricinus communis), White Snakeroot (Ageratina altissima), Deadly Nightshade (Atropa belladonna), Water Hemlock (Cicuta maculata), etc.

15Product Safety

• 15.1Any product which has been subject to a safety recall by the manufacturer or local government agency
• 15.2Child car safety seats that do not comply with government safety regulations
• 15.3Class 3B and Class 4 lasers with output power greater than 5 milliwatts (mW)
• 15.4Giant lighters, child appealing lighters, or lighters disguised as an everyday object
• 15.5Listing of any electronic product which has the incorrect electric plug type attached to the mains lead

17Sex & Adult Material

• 17.1Hard pornographic materials, such as films rated X, XXX or R18 by the British Board of Film Classification
