- 1.1Animal parts that are deemed as illegal wildlife trade e.g. pangolin and marine turtle body parts including scales, tiger bone and bear bile
- 1.2Animal snares, traps or catching devices that would cause harm to an animal by any means during catching
- 1.3Dog prong or pinch collars, or any collar that has inward-facing spikes and that would cause harm to the animal
- 1.4Electrostatic shock collars used in both training and containment systems for dogs or other animals
- 1.5Glue traps used in the capture of rodents and other vertebrates
- 1.6Human remains, body parts or any products made from the human body, except for items containing human hair e.g. wigs
- 1.7Ivory, ivory trinkets and products containing ivory including teeth sourced from any animal e.g. elephant tusks and elk ivory
- 1.8Live animals, pets and reptiles. The following is allowed: Live bait e.g. crickets, earthworms, lugworms, maggots, mealworms & rag worms
- 1.9Mounted animal heads obtained from trophy hunting
- 1.10Products or media that contain or promote animal abuse
- 1.11Taxidermy from a non-approved seller who does not hold a valid licence to sell or export online
- 1.12Wildlife items e.g. wild bird eggs
2Artefacts and Antiquities
- 2.1Antiquities, archaeological objects and artefacts
- 2.2Native American arts, crafts and jewellery not produced by a certified Indian artisan e.g. Indian Jewellery, Navajo Jewellery
3Car & Motorbike Parts
- 3.1Car parts that lack the necessary local certifications e.g. ECE or CAPA certifications
- 3.2Motor vehicles except for electrically assisted pedal cycles (EAPCs), mobility scooters or powered wheelchairs, kids dirt and quad bikes max 50cc, electric ride-on toy bikes, cars and scooters
- 3.3Seat belt buckle alarm stoppers
- 3.4Used catalytic converters sold by a non-registered car dealer or breaker
- 3.5Vehicle airbags that are second hand or from a breakup vehicle due to being classified as a UN Hazard Class 1

- 5.5Open, unsealed software that is subject to licensing agreements and that may have been duplicated or the licence already used

- 5.7Software licences for computer software e.g. 1-year licence for Adobe or Microsoft products

- 5.9Unauthorised digital copies of movies, music, prints, software, videos and video games where the seller provides a download link

- 6.1Full-spectrum cannabinoid extracts e.g. hemp plant extracts including the stalks, leaves and flowers

- 7.2Any alcoholic beverage listed by a seller who does not have a registered business and does not hold a valid licence to sell and distribute alcohol online
- 7.3Food containing endangered or threatened species
- 7.4Food containing shark or whale meat
- 7.5Food products containing Cannabidiol (CBD) or other cannabinoids e.g. CBD gummy bears
- 7.6Food products split from a multipack and labelled with "not for individual sale", "not intended for resale" or similar
- 7.7Food products with an expired "use by" or "expiration" date, or if it would not reach the buyer before expiration
- 7.8Food products not listing the ingredients and the country of origin on the label and in the product description
- 7.9Food products not listing the mandatory nutritional declaration which must be presented clearly in a specific format and gives values for energy and six nutrients
- 7.10Food products not listing the name and address of the manufacturer, packer or seller, on the label and in the product description
- 7.11Food products not listing the net quantity for items above 5g or 5ml (except herbs and spices), on the label and in the product description
- 7.12Food products not listing the process e.g. smoked bacon, salted peanuts or dried fruit, on the label and in the product description
- 7.13Food products not listing the Quantitative declaration of ingredients (QUID) which tells a customer the percentage of particular ingredients contained in a food product e.g. pork (80%), on the label and in the product description
- 7.14Food products that are not properly labelled following local food regulations, or labelled in a way that confuses consumers e.g. different language
- 7.15Food products that contain any of the known 14 allergens, but a warning is not listed on the label and in the product description
- 7.16Food products that contain Genetically Modified Organisms, but a warning is not listed on the label and in the product description
- 7.17Food products that contain any form of an illegal or prohibited drug
- 7.18Sweets designed to resemble illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia or tobacco products

- 8.1Ammunition, kits and associated parts of firearms e.g. silencers, magazines

- 10.14Unauthorised listing that includes a trademarked logo used as part of a product image or description
- 10.15Utilising a scraping tool to obtain product data and images from other marketplaces for the intent of creating bulk listings

- 12.2Hearing aids listed by a non-approved seller and who is not a licensed dispenser
- 12.3Medical devices that exclude the required CE or UKCA marking
- 12.4Medical devices that require a prescription
- 12.5Medical devices that require but have not been registered with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)
13Offensive and Controversial Materials
- 13.1Products marketed or targeted at kids or teenagers that are age-inappropriate
- 13.2Products that are anti-Semitic or bear a swastika
- 13.3Products that are Holocaust-related or nazi-related items including reproductions
- 13.4Products that are related to human tragedies and natural disasters
